One of our most-loved winter lunches, this comforting Italian soup is inspired by the classic Minestra di Ravioli. Cheese-filled ravioli are gently simmered in a rich tomato and vegetable broth with cannellini beans, Tuscan kale, garlic, herbs and plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano, creating a nourishing bowl that's simple, generous and full of flavour. Served with sourdough, French butter and extra Parmigiano Reggiano to finish.

This week's menu includes:

• Ravioli Soup (choice of beef or ricotta ravioli)
• Good Bread & French Butter
• Parmigiano Reggiano to finish
• Brown Butter & Almond Cake

Minimal preparation required — simply heat the soup gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, warm the sourdough and finish with the Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and avoid missing out. Orders close Thursday 5pm unless sold out prior.
