NB: This bundle contains all the staples you need to create an amazing festive feast at home, and preparation is easy and straightforward, but please note some cooking and assembly is required.

SERVING GUIDE:
Every family celebrates Christmas differently so it's a little tricky to offer a one size fits all serving guide for this bundle. We'd suggest that this spread will generously serve 8-12 guests, anticipating leftover ham. If you are celebrating with a larger group, we recommend upgrading to the larger ham (+$100) and adding another salad, some seafood and desserts to round out the meal. The bundle is designed as a starting point for your Christmas Lunch that you can tailor to your own family and traditions. 

IN STORE COLLECTION
Ideally, you will collect your order in store on Christmas Eve so that items like the bread and cake are as fresh as possible. If you would like to collect earlier or arrange delivery, please get in touch to discuss. Delivery is not available on Christmas Eve but can be arranged for an additional fee earlier in the week. As this a large order, delivery via our normal courier is not an option but we can provide a quote for door-to-door delivery depending on your location. 

PAYMENT:
Pay upfront or pay in three monthly instalments. Please get in touch to organise a split payment. 

CUSTOMISATION:
You can customise this bundle by adding Optional Extras from our recommendations, or by adding extra items in store or online. Items from the core bundle cannot be removed, however some items are available to order individually.

When you place a pre-order, we are ordering and holding stock especially for you. We understand that plans can change, but when dealing with perishable produce it is not always possible to make last minute changes or cancellations to orders. Herby Goat Cheese Tarts on arrival [24]
The perfect arrival snack. We'll supply 24 ready to use tart shells, and a piping bag of our signature herby goat cheese filling, ready to pipe and serve. Contains dairy and nuts.

Hickory Smoked Leg Ham [Half Leg 5kg included] 
A 5kg half leg of A grade Australian ham, hickory smoked and ready to serve. Can be served baked and glazed if you choose, and we will supply an easy glazing kit for this. 

Fig & Chive Turkey Roast [approx 1.5kg]
Ready to heat and eat, a delicious and easy turkey roll stuffed with figs, chives and pistachios. Great to serve cold if you prefer.

Porchetta [approx 1.5kg]
Ready to heat and eat, Barossa's Roasted Porchetta is marinated and seasoned with fennel, thyme, sage, cracked pepper and garlic. Fully cooked, vacuum sealed and ready to serve cold, or bake for about 45 minuts to warm through.

Burrata & Fig Salad Kit

Duck Fat Potatoes Kit
The ultimate Christmas side dish. You'll receive potatoes, rosemary salt and a tin of French Duck Fat along with a recipe card.

Signature Condiments Collection
Nothing elevates a lunch quite like good quality condiments. We've selected two types of mustard; a top shelf Dijon and a classic Seeded, along with old-fashioned cranberry relish, a rich Christmas Chutney, finely sliced zucchini and a jar of Baby Cornichons. We've included full sized jars so you can go to town at lunch and still have plenty for expert-level leftovers toasties.

Country Batch of Rolls
No Christmas Lunch is complete without some warm rolls and butter. The ultimate way to feed a crowd - our country style batch of 30 rolls with lightly salted French butter.
