With four exceptional cheeses, pâté and all the accompaniments, there’s plenty to enjoy around the table and into the evening.

This is an abundant lunch with only some very straightforward cooking and assembly to finish at home. Serve it as it comes, or add your family’s favourite seafood, sides and desserts to make Christmas your own. There's plenty to share, while leaving room for your own traditions.

SERVING GUIDE:
Every family celebrates Christmas differently so it's a little tricky to offer a one size fits all serving guide for this bundle. We'd suggest that this spread will generously serve 8-12 guests, anticipating leftover ham. If you are celebrating with a larger group, we recommend upgrading to the larger ham (+$100) and adding another salad, some seafood and desserts to round out the meal. The bundle is designed as a starting point for your Christmas Lunch that you can tailor to your own family and traditions. 

IN STORE COLLECTION
Ideally, you will collect your order in store on Christmas Eve so that items like the bread and cake are as fresh as possible. If you would like to collect earlier or arrange delivery, please get in touch to discuss. Delivery is not available on Christmas Eve but can be arranged for an additional fee earlier in the week. As this a large order, delivery via our normal courier is not an option but we can provide a quote for door-to-door delivery depending on your location. 

PAYMENT:
Pay upfront or pay in three monthly instalments. Please get in touch to organise a split payment. 

CUSTOMISATION:
We don't customise this bundle, however some items can be ordered individually when our full menu is published in November. You can customise your own selections from the full menu.

When you place a pre-order, we are ordering and holding stock especially for you. We understand that plans can change, but when dealing with perishable produce it is not always possible to make last minute changes or cancellations to orders. Please consider possible changing circumstances before placing your order. 

DETAILS

On Arrival
Welcome your guests with a White Peach Bellini and Salmon Blinis. We'll supply a bottle of Idee Fixe Blanc de Blancs along with French White Peach Nectar, all you'll have to do is mix and serve. We'll prepare a pot of Renee's signature Salmon Rillettes, along with ready to use blinis, for a simple, light starter before the feast begins. 

Murray River Christmas Ham [Half Leg included] 
A half leg of Murray River Free Range, Nitrate Free Ham. The ham is ready to eat, or you can choose to glaze and bake to serve warm. We'll supply a Glazing Kit with our classic glaze, a brush and cloves. 

Fig & Chive Turkey Roast [approx 1.5kg]
Ready to heat and eat, a delicious and easy turkey roll stuffed with figs, chives and pistachios. Great to serve cold if you prefer. 

Heirloom Tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella Salad Kit
Luscious big summer heirloom tomatoes paired with two balls of fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, air-freighted directly from Italy. We'll supply fresh basil, pink salt, balsamic and olive oil for finishing. 

Butter Lettuce Caesar Salad Kit
A fresh take on a classic Caesar, with tender butter lettuce, pancetta, golden pangrattato and a rich Parmesan and anchovy dressing. Supplied with the components separate, ready to assemble just before serving.

Duck Fat Potatoes Kit
The ultimate Christmas side dish. You'll receive potatoes, semolina, lake salt and a tin of French Duck Fat along with a recipe card.

Classic Condiments Bundle
Nothing elevates a lunch quite like good quality condiments. We've selected a top shelf Dijon Mustard, along with old-fashioned cranberry relish, a rich Christmas Chutney, and finely sliced zucchini pickles. We've included full sized jars so you can go to town at lunch and still have plenty for expert-level leftovers toasties.

Bread & Butter
No Christmas Lunch is complete without good bread and butter. A family sized loaf of Mission Sourdough, a 10 pack of soft milk buns, and a pat of beautiful French Butter with salt crystals should keep everyone happy.

A simple and elegant yet incredibly delicious French Vanilla Financier cake topped with fresh thyme.

Limoncello Panettone 
A superb panettone from one of Milan's finest bakeries - filled with lush limoncello cream and candied lemon peel. Enjoy for breakfast while opening presents, before the day begins, or add to the desert table.

A six pack of buttery and rich Mince Pies for the dessert table (or something sneaky for Christmas Eve that no one will notice is missing!)

Cheese & Charcuterie
