Lescure butter has been made in the Charente-Poitou region in France since 1884, using quality milk from surrounding farms, and methods perfectly mastered over time. The cream undergoes lactic fermentation for 16 hours before being churned into smooth, dense butter, enhancing its distinctive hazelnut flavour profile.
