Perelló Manzanilla olives are smaller than the Gordals, with a firm bite and a gently bitter flavour. Packed with pieces of Guindilla chilli for a little heat, they’re lovely served cold with a drink or added to a plate of tapas.

Ingredients
Water, green pitted olives, chilli (sulphites), salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium ribonucleotides), citric acid, ascorbic acid. May contain traces of almonds and fish.
