Cold smoked on red gum for 72 hours, these salt flakes are produced in collaboration with Pialiago Estate in Canberra.

Add to soft butter and serve on corn on the cob, add to root vegetables with olive oil before roasting, sprinkle on thick slices of in-season tomatoes or sprinkle on popcorn.
