Fresh tarragon grown by Valley Fresh Farm was harvested and immediately immersed in organic apple cider vinegar. After long term steeping, this vinegar is bottled without filtration or pastuerisation to protect the intense fresh tarragon aromatics imparted by the cool climate outdoor grown tarragon.
